1. How to Enroll in the Program
To begin, complete the online application via our site. We will automatically accept you into our program. However, we reserve the right to reject your application at anytime and for whatever reason we deem necessary. Possible reasons for rejection include, but are not limited to, sites we find to contain sexually explicit, violent, discriminatory, or illegal content. If your site is rejected, you may reapply at any time. Once again, we will verify that your site is in compliance with our standards.

2. Links on Your Site
You will provide a link to OnlyScript.biz through an approved OnlyScript.biz Affiliate Link. These links will allow visitors to purchase OnlyScript.biz.

We will provide you with technical specifications describing how to include the links on your site. We will also provide the graphics needed for your site. You may not represent OnlyScript.biz, or use its trademarks, logos or other branding in any manner other than providing approved links or Approved Content. You may not sell OnlyScript.biz Memberships through any other means other than the provided links. Any sales of OnlyScript.biz via online auctions, classifieds or co-branded websites is prohibited and any violation of this rule will be considered a copyright infringement and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Any use of unsolicited email or "spam" to promote OnlyScript.biz will also be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

3. Tracking
You are responsible to ensure your site is properly formatted and working.

4. Referral Payment and Product Commission
An Affiliate site will receive a 35% commission on all memberships sold to visitors who are introduced to OnlyScript.biz through the affiliated site.

5. Payment Schedule
Funds withheld for OnlyScript.biz Affiliates are paid by Paypal, Liberty Reserve or Check ($5 Charge for Check Payment request) once per month on the 1st of each month for the previous months earnings. OnlyScript.biz Affiliates will be responsible for their portion of charge backs and refunds. We will only pay OnlyScript.biz Affiliates when the balance of the payments due the OnlyScript.biz Affiliates equals or exceeds $100.

6. Policies and Pricing
Any tampering of the tracking code in order to raise the prices of OnlyScript.biz will result in a forfeiture of your commission fees. Any tampering of the tracking code to bypass OnlyScript.biz payment processing will result in a forfeiture of your commission fees as well as prosecution.

7. Limited License
You have a nonexclusive, limited, revocable right to use our icon and other like images only for the purpose of identifying your site as an Affiliate and to generate subscription sales. You may not modify any of our images. We reserve all rights for the icon, our trade names and trademarks. We may revoke your license at any time by giving you written notice.

8. Responsibility for Your Site
You will be solely responsible for the development, operation, contents, and maintenance of your site. We take no responsibility for content or functionality of your site.

9. Relationship of Parties
Nothing in this Agreement creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between the parties.

10. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages (or any loss of revenue, profits, or data) arising in connection with this Agreement or the Program.

11. Disclaimers
We cannot guarantee that our site will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we will not be liable for any consequences arising from any interruptions or errors.

12. Terms and Conditions
The term of this Agreement will take effect upon our acceptance of your Affiliate application and will end when terminated by either party. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, for any reason. We may choose to terminate this Agreement if we determine your site content is inappropriate, you have breached any conditions of this Agreement, or if you are sending "spam" (mass, unsolicited e-mail messages) to customers.

You are only eligible to earn referral payments on sales purchased during the term of the Agreement. We may withhold your final payment for a reasonable time to ensure that the correct amount is paid. Upon one-weeks notice, OnlyScript.biz may change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of this Agreement or the Service, including the availability of any Service feature, database, or other content. OnlyScript.biz will review every affiliate payout manually. Affiliates will not earn commissions on sales to themselves. We also reserve the right to modify any portion of this Agreement.

IF ANY PORTION OF THIS AGREEMENT OR ANY FUTURE MODIFICATIONS TO THIS AGREEMENT ARE UNACCEPTABLE TO THE AFFILIATE, OR CAUSE THE AFFILIATE TO NO LONGER BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE AFFILIATE AGREEMENT, THE AFFILIATE OR OnlyScript.biz MAY CANCEL THE AGREEMENT. AN AFFILIATES CONTINUED USE OF THE SERVICE CONSTITUTES A BINDING ACCEPTANCE BY THE AFFILIATE.
